What’s your go-to Chinese comfort food?
I’m a sucker for anything made with flour! Whether it’s buns, dumplings, or noodles, there’s something about flour-based dishes that always hits the spot for me.
How do you recharge after a busy day?
By day, I’m an interior designer with a passion for making spaces pop! By night (or whenever hunger strikes!) I turn into a “foodie designer, cooking what I crave the most.
What interesting kitchen story do you have?
My mom claims I’m her culinary prodigy, but my family jokes I’m more of a culinary procrastinator. It’s a friendly rivalry that keeps our mealtimes interesting.
What’s your biggest food pet peeve?
I can’t stand the smell of warm milk. It’s like a weird, almost sickly sweet scent that makes me cringe. But I prefer the refreshing taste of cold milk or with some kind of flavor added.
